Standing Ovation is true to its name and does not flop as the species tends to in high winds, pounding rain, or soils with high fertility .  Blue-green foliage has hints of pink and purple throughout the summer and turns shades of red and orange in the fall.  Grows 3 – 4 feet in height when in bloom and 18 inches in width.  Requires full sun.  Drought tolerant once established.  Deer resistant.  Native.
