Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Proactively generate sales by contacting potential and existing customers through calls and visits, building strong relationships to understand their needs and provide suitable plant solutions.
- Order Management: Accurately write and process orders, ensuring all customer requirements are met and maintaining detailed records.
- Delivery Scheduling: Coordinate delivery schedules to ensure timely and efficient distribution of plant orders, meeting customer expectations.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, offering exceptional service and support to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the plant or horticulture industry.
- Strong knowledge of plants and plant care.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
